We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Evonior.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Email us at support@evonior.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items can't be returned, including personal care products that have been opened or used. Sale items may also be non-refundable unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
